5 out of 5 starsThe item was not dispatched for nearly a week after purchase. I have bought from this company a few times and this is the second time I have had knotted and tangled wool/string delivered within the kit. It takes it away from the pleasure of the creative task when the products are all knotted and take ages to sort out before you can start.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. I'm Claire, the one who designs all of the macrame collection. I know what you mean about the rope being easy to tangle. I think this is true with most rope I have used over the years. I highly recommend unwinding the macrame rope and cutting the lengths as you unwind, rather than unwinding it all and then cutting. I also recommend hanging the pieces on the back of a chair if you're not adding them straight to the design. as I also get them tangled at this stage too. Hope this is helpful? Kind regards, Claire x
