MATERIALS
The dress is made out of a few layers of fabric.
All materials are high-quality special selections for your dress.

Although this is the original model several changes can be made to your taste.
you can choose to apply more/less of the lace.
you can choose a specific length.
and so on...
I would love to answer any questions about more changes via message.

MEASUREMENTS
this dress is a personal design made for your specific measurements.
I will send you a guide for taking detailed measurements for your body so the dress will look perfect on you.
I will make all the alterations necessary for the dress to compliment your body, using the latest techniques in high fashion and couture methods.

PRODUCTION
please allow 4-6 weeks for production. If you need some rush, please contact me before placing the order.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Before ordering, be sure to check whether delivery to your country is possible.
2. Take measurements. To do this, you can consult a specialist, take measurements yourself or ask a friend for help.
3. Make a payment for the corset on our PayPal. (Etsy payment)

Terms of dress production are up to 10 working days.
Warning! The goods can not be returned and exchanged.

What measures must be taken to order
Take measurements. To do this, you can turn to a professional, take measurements by yourself, or ask a friend for help.

1. Chest girth.
2. Girth under the chest.
3. Waist circumference.
4. Cup height.
5. Thigh circumference.
6. Girth of the thighs at the level of 15 cm from the waist.
7. Cup size (for corsets with a cup)

Sometimes you need more measurements and even photos to sew. We will inform you about this through personal messages.

Delivery

To find out the exact timing of international delivery, write to us or place an order. Below we have provided indicative deadlines.

Please note that the delivery time does not include the time of product manufacture. The production time of the corset is up to 10 working days.

● Delivery across US 7-21 working days.
● Delivery to Europe: 10-21 working days.
● Delivery to Australia: 14-30 working days.

Tracking for your order will become available 2-3 days following the shipment date. This slight delay is a result of our deliveries being routed through the FedEx warehouse in Poland.

Return and exchange
Exchange
If the purchased product for some reason did not suit you, we will offer you an alternative to exchange. If it is not available, we will refund it.
Return
To make a refund, simply send us the goods back. Importantly! The product must be in its original form and must not have traces of wear or damage. Must be original tags and packaging.
Return options
24 hours
We will refund 100% of the amount if you make a refund within 24 hours. The presence of a tag is mandatory.

Within 15 days
Return the order no later than 15 days after payment of the purchase and receive a refund of 70% of the purchase amount. The presence of a tag is mandatory.

Within 30 days
Return the order no later than 30 days after payment of the purchase and receive a refund of 50% of the purchase amount. The presence of a tag is mandatory.


Importantly! Return of the goods is paid by the Buyer. This means that the Buyer undertakes to pay for the delivery in the process of sending the goods to us for return.

We also reserve the right to refuse to return the product if its condition does not match the one you sent.

To return, contact us in any convenient way. Just enter the order number and name.

We will process the information, agree on the details and then generate and send a refund for the order.

There is no return for individual orders! If for some reason the individual order does not correspond to the agreed one, a refund of 60% of the cost is possible.

Individual orders
Making changes to the design or size of the finished model is paid separately. Depending on the complexity of finishing, the cost of the product can increase by 30-80%.
