How to download my digital patterns after purchase?
Either of the following methods should help you access your download file.
1. With desktop/ laptop👉 Go to Etsy.com, login when the same email you use to complete the purchase, then download the pattern PDF under your Purchase History (the icon beside the Cart at the top right-hand corner).
2. With mobile phone👉 DO NOT USE ETSY APP.
Instead, use the browser (Safari, Google, Edge, etc.) from your mobile phone, go to Etsy.com, then download the pattern PDF under your Purchase History.
You will NOT be able to access your PDF file if:
❗❗ USING ETSY APP for the download - Only Etsy.com could support digital downloads. Please refer to the 'How to download' above for more information
❗❗ DO NOT HAVE A PDF READER installed on your device - Make sure your device is PDF compatible, or download one for free at Adobe.com
❗❗ SIGN IN WITH A DIFFERENT EMAIL that you use to complete the transaction - Please make sure both emails you use to purchase the pattern and the one you use for signing in are the same. Go to 'Profile' →'Settings' to double check your email address.
How to download my digital file if I checked out as Guest?
Etsy will send a download link to your email account that you use to complete the purchase. Follow the link to download the file with your computer. And please SAVE the file locally on your device, as Etsy will not keep the record of your purchase history.
Questions about Shipping
WHAT WE DO's:

WHAT WE DON'T:
❌Refund your purchase / resend the order for free, due to shipping delay / package went missing AFTER it was being delivered.
❌Resend your package for free if the package was returned to us by USPS due to undeliverable address — please contact us to purchase a new shipping label.
❌Change your delivery address when you PM us -- We will cancel your order so you can make a new order with the correct address.

👉Upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail which include package insurance up to $100.
