All items are handmade and created once an item is purchased. You will receive an email notification once your item has shipped with your tracking information. We will do all we can on our end to make sure your package is delivered to you safe and on time, however, Shi Ones Boutique is not responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, and postal delays. Please note that due to Covid-19, some packages may take longer than usual to arrive, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee arrival times, however, we make sure to do our due diligence in giving you the most accurate arrival time when you place an order.
