SHAWL KNITTING PATTERN PDF: Cozy like your favorite boyfriend sweater, the Winterwork Shawl is the perfect late fall and winter accessory. Knit from the bottom up (once you get past that cast-on, it’s all downhill!), this knit shawl pattern features a trio of stitch patterns to keep the knitter engaged while adding lots of texture and visual interest.
Gauge is not critical, but please keep in mind that a different gauge will result in different finished dimensions as well as changing your yarn requirements. Please make sure you have sufficient yarn! Again, this shawl is worked from the bottom up so having enough yarn is critical.
The sample pictured was knit in Megs & Co Non-Superwash in the ‘Weeping Willow’ colorway. Undyed, with rustic charm and very warm!
The pattern has been professionally tech edited to reduce the potential for error. PATTERN IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH.

INSTRUCTIONS
The pattern is fully charted, but also includes complete written directions so the ability to read a chart is not necessary to work this pattern. Includes complete row by row stitch counts.
Blocking is especially essential for a successful finished project with this pattern.
YARN NOTES
A heavy worsted or aran weight yarn with good stitch definition and little to no halo is recommended. Slight tonals work well, but highly variegated yarn will distract from the textured stitch patterns.
ADDITIONAL NOTIONS
You will also need:
Tapestry/blunt yarn needle
T-pins
