Once your payment is processed, you can access your purchased digital files by following these steps:

a. Via Email Link from Etsy:
- Etsy sends a download link to the email address associated with your Etsy account or the one used during the purchase. You can access your purchased files by clicking on this link in your email.

b. Using Your Etsy Account:
- Click on "Your Account" located at the top right on Etsy.com.
- Select "Purchases and Reviews." Here, you'll find a list of all your digital purchases made on the website.
- Look for the specific purchase, and on the right side, you should see a "Download Files" button.

To unzip or extract the files from the ZIP archive follow these methods:
a. Manual Extraction:
- Open the ZIP folder by double-clicking on it.
- Drag or copy the files from the ZIP folder to a new location on your computer (e.g., another folder or desktop).

b. Using 'Extract All' Option (Windows):
- Right-click on the ZIP folder.
- Select 'Extract All' from the context menu.
- Windows will prompt you to choose a destination for the extracted files and create a new regular folder containing these files.

The files are packaged within a ZIP archive because those are the requirement of the website.

ZIP archives are commonly used to compress and bundle multiple files into a single folder, making it more efficient for downloading and transferring files across various platforms.

The digital models available on our platform are copyrighted materials owned by the creator/designer.
These digital models are protected by copyright law and are provided to users under specific terms and conditions:
- The buyer is permitted to use the purchased files to create final products from wood or other materials for personal and commercial purposes. This includes manufacturing physical items for sale or personal use.
- The buyer is strictly prohibited from selling, sharing, distributing, or offering the digital files, in whole or in part, in digital format. This restriction extends to: presentation images, instructions, modified or derivative versions of the digital model.

Unfortunately, the files are not available in CRV format. They are provided only in the formats specified in the description - STL (3D format) or vector formats like SVG, DXF, EPS, AI, or PDF containing 2D drawings.
To use them in VCarve, import STL files as 3D objects and vector formats as vectors.
Users will need to set the toolpaths themselves.

On some operating systems, file extensions may be hidden by default. To check if a file is an SVG, you can try the following:

- Windows: Navigate to the folder containing the file. Go to "View" in the menu bar, check the "File name extensions" option. This action will display the file extensions alongside their names. Look for files marked with ".svg".
- Mac: Select the file and press "Command + I" to bring up the file info. Check the "Name & Extension" section to see if ".svg" is listed.
