Shipping
You'll find us in the studio Monday to Friday, so if you place an order before 12pm on a working day, we'll try our very best to make and dispatch it as soon as possible. If you place an order after 12pm on a working day, your order will be made and dispatched on the next working day - simple!
If you've treated yourself to a custom/personalised order or simply requested a digital design proof, we'll need a few extra working days to design your order, making sure it's absolutely perfect. An email will be sent to either your Etsy or Paypal email account informing you when your items have been posted.
UK Delivery
All UK orders are delivered with Royal Mail. Our standard UK delivery is estimated as 2-3 working days from dispatch and is a non signed for delivery service. If you're a little rushed for time, we recommend opting for Express Delivery, guaranteed to arrive on the next working day from dispatch.
International Delivery
All International orders are delivered with Royal Mail and will arrive by airmail without tracking. Our deliveries to Europe are estimated as 3-7 working days (please allow 14), to America and Australia 5-14 working days (please allow 20) and for the Rest of the World, 5-20 working days (please allow 28). If you would like to add a tracked service to your order, you may be able to do so at the checkout. If this option is not available for you, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order as once an order is dispatched, unfortunately we can not change this.
Late delivery
Most of our orders arrive right on time but occasionally delays can happen with delivery companies and customs departments that are out of our control. We ask all customers to allow addition time before chasing your delivery. UK customers please allow 14 days and International customer allow up to 6 weeks.

Can I personalise my order?
Yes! Nearly all of our items contain a personalised element, which allows you to customise your order, to your exact requirements. We've made our ordering process as simple as possible - simply head to the product page of the item you'd like to purchase and follow the instructions!
Can you rush my order?
Each and every item is created and packed by hand, by one of our lovely studio team members. We do our best to make our orders as quickly as possible, whilst never comprising on quality! Orders are usually made and dispatched within 1 working day, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If you're based in the UK and need your order a little sooner than our standard delivery options, we can offer Express Delivery. This is a guaranteed next working day service and is available at the checkout.
If you're based outside of the UK and need your order quickly, please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to work with you!
Will my order be tracked?
All our orders are sent with standard delivery, with no tracking available. If you have opted for Express delivery, tracking will be provided via an email confirmation once the order has been dispatched.
For our international customers, you'll sometimes be able to add a tracked service to your order at the checkout, if applicable.
