We accept returns of dollhouse kits within 14 days from the date of delivery. Any dollhouse kit returned must be new, unopened and returned in the original packaging. If the factory seal on the box is broken, the item cannot be returned. You MUST receive authorization from us before returning any dollhouse kit and the kit must be returned to the return address provided with the RMA#. If you fail to receive authorization prior to sending us a return, or if the item is returned to the wrong address, any refund due may be delayed and will be reduced by the cost of redirecting the package to the proper address. Please contact us via Etsy convo, or email us at info@endeavourtoys.com to receive an RMA# and complete return instructions.

Missing or damaged pieces do not constitute an acceptable reason for a return / "not as described" return. If your order arrives with pieces missing or damaged, please contact us with a description of the damaged / missing pieces and we will be happy to replace them at no cost to you. There is no need to return the product.

Please take a complete inventory of all parts prior to requesting replacements. Replacement parts will be provided free of charge only once, otherwise there will be a service charge to handle any future adjustments of missing/damaged parts, and the customer will pay for shipping thereof.

UPS, FedEx and most other private carriers do not deliver to PO boxes. USPS is the only carrier that can deliver to PO boxes. In addition, there are limitations when it comes to the size of the parcel that can be delivered to a PO box even when shipped by USPS. Due to their size and weight, many of the items we sell, including most dollhouse kits, easels, looms, and furniture/storage pieces, are shipped via UPS or FedEx and, therefore, require a physical address.

The quality was as described and loved this doll house for my Granddaughter. Very good quality. Now for the negative review...I did some shopping online for a doll house and like this one and compared prices on line and they were about the same price everywhere that I looked. Before the doll house arrived, I went to Hobby Lobby to look for doll house furniture and knew that that they carried items for the doll houses. To my surprise I see this exact doll house kit for $89.99! I spent over $225.00 in this doll house to get shipped to me from them when I could have gone and saved money at Hobby Lobby. Oh well...buyer beware!
