- Proofs are NOT provided unless requested with your order
(check your Etsy messages often in order to approve your proof if you requested one) Proofs are provided through Etsy messages only, not by email.

- AllAboutImpressions is NOT responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but were not really received, if you can't find your package your item may have been stolen or may have been delivered to the wrong address. You will be responsible to work out this issue with USPS. We encourage you that if this happens that you contact YOUR LOCAL post office immediately with the issue so they can try to track down your package. USPS First Class packages do not ship with insurance, if you want your item to be insured please contact us for the additional fee. USPS priority packages include up to $100 insurance value, but it does not apply to packages that were marked as delivered.

If USPS is unsuccessful at locating your package we would be willing to replace the product for you at a discounted price.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT OUR NATURAL PRODUCTS:

- Wood is a natural item, wood grain, tones, coloring, engraving color (light vs dark) all vary from piece to piece, no two pieces are identical so please don't assume yours will look exactly like the picture. Wood may also have knots, and wood filler may be used when necessary.

- Genuine Leather is a natural item, colors of brown may vary from light to dark, the way the engraver reacts to the leather may vary from light to dark, our genuine leather products may have scars or branding on it (as these are real hides), no two pieces are identical so please don't assume that your piece will look exactly like the picture.
