What if my package and item arrives damaged?
I package securely and hope everything arrives safely, if there is a problem please let me know IMMEDIATELY. If your item arrives damaged please keep ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING. In order for a claim to be filed. Canada Post will require photos of everything. In short, no photos - no refund. I can't file a claim if you can't provide photo proof of the damaged packaging and item.
In some cases, I may require the item be sent back to me - shipped with tracking by way of USPS or Canada Post. Once item is back in my possession, your refund will immediately be issued.
