Originally, our shop started as a sawmill dry kiln operation.( Not exactly what it is today!) In 2011 my oldest son ,Jared, was not quite old enough to get a job. My wife, Rachel, always had this creative streak in her... so she got Jared started on the scroll saw cutting and creating some of our very first pieces! Things seemed to escalate from there and the rest is history, as they say!
Some of our patterns my wife purchased, but quite a few of our animal puzzles are her design and exclusive to us. She does a great job and our store is now decorated with her many designs and beautiful brain storms!

We are of the conservative Mennonite persuasion and our faith in God is very important to us. My wife, wanting to express her faith, has given each of our animal puzzles a bible name. Among our puzzles you may find: Matthew moose, Jamin giraffe, Barnabas bear, Luke Labrador and many other delightful characters! The names are our way of glorifying God with the work that we do as well as giving life and character to each piece. Each of our products come with a gift card inscribed with a bible reference connected to that particular piece.
In the spring of 2015 we opened a gift store at our workshop. We give shop tours and host tour groups. We have had people from all over the country come and visit our shop and we are blessed with the many stories and delights that each one bring through our doors!
