All of our signs are lightly sanded, and hand painted to bring out the wood grain, the natural imperfections and unique character of the planks. This sign is made to order and the one you receive may vary slightly from the one pictured.
By hanging it on your wall you are acknowledging that it meets your safety standards. We will not be held liable in the event of injury or other damages caused by customer hanging.

The frame is made from handpicked pine wood.

The background is a beautiful wood product. It is 1/2" thick, yet lightweight for easy and safe hanging.

The lettering is a high quality, VOC-free, UV ink, that is gorgeous and precise so that it will be fade resistant and last for years to come.

Each piece of wood is hand-selected for its unique grain, knots, and “natural imperfections” which add to the beauty, charm, and character of each piece. Every sign is hand cut and hand sanded by us.

Just send us an etsy conversation and we can discuss what you are wanting. We will create a custom listing with your name on it for purchase.The back of our signs are sanded, but they are left unpainted.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If your package is returned, you are responsible for the additional shipping service.
In the event of damage in transit or lost packages, please email us immediately.

***When hanging any decor over a crib or on the wall, safety is very importance. Please make sure it is hung properly (in stud, etc) and follow the instructions we provide if you receive it with a sign. We do recommend having a space between the wall and the crib/couch/bed when hanging any wood or heavy wall art.

Please be patient as all items are **HANDMADE TO ORDER** with an AVERAGE production time of 1-3 week (this does not include weekends or holidays) therefore the ship-by dates may vary slightly. We do not offer returns/exchanges on personalized items. We do our best to meet shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once we receive the item, we will issue the buyer a refund (minus our original shipping cost to the buyer). Please allow up to 1 week after we receive the item for a refund. We do not accept any returns on custom items. A 20% re-stocking fee also applies. There is also a 10% fee applied on all cancelled orders.

Unfortunately although we certainly try our hardest to package the signs perfectly, the packages still do get damaged with the postal services.

In order for us to send you a brand new sign or give you a refund you MUST contact us within 48-72 hours of receiving the damaged sign.

We will need to see photos of the sign along with the packaging. We also ask that you please keep the packaging as it might need to be inspected by the postal services. This is a new requirement from The postal service (not us) And if this is not done we do not receive a refund which ultimately hurts our small business.

If your sign is damaged after you receive it we are not responsible for that damage.
