Custom and personalized orders
If you need personalization added to a current non-custom design or you need a new design created from scratch, please reach out to support so that we can review & approve your request, plus provide you with the correct listing to place your order from.

Can I review & approve a proof of my design, before my order gets printed & shipped?
If you've placed an order for a custom item, then Yes! Your order WON'T SHIP UNTIL YOU APPROVE THE PROOF sent to you, via Etsy messenger and email. As long as you provide us with the correct information that your product's listing asks for, you will receive your first proof within up to 24 hours after this.
95% of our customers approve their first proof and move the order into production. If you aren't happy with the first proof, simply let us know and we will do more revisions until you're happy, which is included in the cost of your custom product. You are working with professional graphic designers here and should be fully happy with your proof, and we'll work with you until it's just right.
Processing & Shipping times
Processing Times: All of our items are made-to-order. Orders take 3-5 business days to process, produce, and ship your order, via UPS/FedEx/USPS ground 3-5 business day shipping. Most often, orders are received within 7-10 business days.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Currently we don't provide special gift wrapping for gifts. With that being said, once your recipient opens the carefully packaged gift, they will be delighted with what they have received. Guaranteed!
Replacements & Refunds
We will replace any damaged items and send you a replacement at any time within 30 days after you receive your items. Simply reach out to our support and let us know about any defects/issues via email or Etsy messenger, to begin expediting your replacement.
• We will always send you a replacement if your item is incorrect from what you originally ordered.
• In the event of a lost package by USPS, we will send you a replacement at no charge to you.
NOTE: Since each item is made-to-order, don't worry about mailing any items back to us.
If we haven't processed your order yet, we'll gladly honor a refund request; we aren't able to cancel an order after it goes into print production. Reach out to our support for any assistance needed.
