Okay, these shoes are awesome, though read the pattern very carefully before you begin. It's a bit chaotic, though it's also very thorough. It's alot of info coming at you all at once, and can feel overwhelming and confusing. I wouldn't call it a relaxing project! But, after I began to understand this person's style, it got easier to follow. I used the slipper pattern, with the no poke flip-flop pattern to make mine. My jute was thicker than recommended, but still worked okay. I'm happy with the overall results
