In the case of an order being said delivered and it has not been, the best thing to do is talk to your personal mail carrier &/or your local post office. Often your mail carrier may remember where it was left. Another common issue is that USPS has accidentally delivered your order to a near by neighbor. We suggest checking with neighbors as well as your mail carrier & local office. Still another issue is that USPS will sometimes mark an order as delivered up to a few days before it actually is. If still nothing shows up, in some cases we will re-send your order but are not able to provide a refund when an order says it has been delivered.
