They're both waiting in front of a decorated Christmas tree for Santa Claus to make his gift delivery. At the toe and top of the stocking is a delicate pattern of green holly leaves and red berries. You add the lucky recipient's name at the top. Perfect as a personalized Christmas stocking and great for any fan of Christmas morning!!!

Included in this kit are: tan 14 count Aida fabric, red felt backing fabric, thread palette and floss separators with presorted 6-strand cotton embroidery floss, needle and complete and easy instructions including an alphabet chart for personalizing ~ Everything you need to complete this Cross Stitch project!.

Embroidery is a super fun project to do, but can be confusing to start! First off, make sure your fabric is in the hoop and relatively tight - you don't want the fabric moving much when you're stitching. Whether you do one color at a time or do a section at a time is completely up to you! Just make sure you do smaller the smaller details first, as you don't want them disappearing under the thread. Finally, just have fun! And if you need help with the stitches, check out one of the videos below! :)

Cross stitching is basically a stitch of an X. It's one half stitch / followed by a half stitch \ , forming an X. Each kit comes with enough floss and easy-to-follow instructions to help you create a beautiful work of art!

Needlepoint is very similar to cross stitching, in that instead of an X, one is stitching a / . Most needlepoint kits come with a canvas that has been stamped, to help assist in a faster, easier project.
