After you have entered your 'Topic' to the Index, begin listing the page numbers immediately after it or starting on the line below.
If your collection only appears on one page, simply write the Topic on the top line and the page number underneath.
The separate boxes will help keep your Index neat and make it easier to see all your topics and page numbers at a glance.

There are two slightly different designs included in the document which will create a lovely spread in your journal.
