Limited on-site car parking is available on a first come first served basis for £9 per night and is managed by Horizon. Alternative parking is available at NCP Colchester High Street, Nunns Road (Sat Nav CO1 1EJ) at a discounted rate of £6 per 24 hours and just a 3-minute walk from our hotel. However, please note that the discounted rate must be applied for via the NCP ParkPass app. Once registered, you can then use SaverID PR4NNCL to redeem promotion. Park pass app must be downloaded before they enter the car park, otherwise the discount doesn’t work.

Standard family
Most of our family rooms include a double or kingsize bed, plus a sofa bed and pull-out bed depending on the number of guests staying in the room. We also provide travel cots at no extra cost. Room size and set up can vary based on the hotel and the number of guests.
Standard accessible
Our accessible rooms offer more space, a double or kingsize bed between 480mm and 520mm in height, and wider entry bathrooms with a lowered bath or wet room. At our hotels with 480mm height mattresses, our teams can raise the bed for easier wheelchair access.
