PERSONALISATION:

If you require some form of personalisation such as changing a colour, adding a name or date etc, please let us know. You can select 'Yes, Personalise' from the options and provide the required details. Another option is to simply send us a message within Etsy prior to any purchase.

Before we print your personalised designs, we will always send you a proof copy, via the email address that you have provided, to ensure you’re 100% happy.

PACKAGING:

Our A5 and A4 prints come in sturdy cardboard backed envelopes to help avoid any damage in transit. Our A3 prints come in a sturdy cardboard tube to ensure they reach you in tip top condition.

SHIPPING:

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 working day via the Royal Mail 2nd Class Service. This free service can take 3-5 days to reach you. If for some reason you have not received your item(s) within this timeframe please let us know so we can investigate.

You have the option to upgrade to Royal Mail First Class post which aims to have your item(s) with you the next working day from which it is shipped.
