This is my 3rd time ordering and I have yet to be disappointed. This time stood out in particular because one of the artist noticed that there was a double order place within a week of each other for the same person to be drawn. Instead of keeping the order and getting paid to do the exact same drawing, they contacted me and made me aware of this. All of what I asked for, was completed and turned out exactly the way that I wanted. The drawing took no more than three days and even with a change that I wanted the change was completed within 48 hours. I will continue to order from this Etsy shop, whenever needing a going away, gift for friends, families, or coworkers.

We ordered a caracature of our boss for his retirement. He loved it! We all loved it! Everyone kept gathering around to look at. It had so much detail to it and was a true representation of our bosses face. He said he will treasure it. Thank you
