I sell both crochet patterns and finished products in my shop. When searching for an item, please make sure that you are looking at the correct listing! Crochet patterns are provided as digital pdf downloads. They will be available for download immediately upon purchase! Unfortunately, due to the nature of the immediate download availability of the pattern, no refunds or exchanges can be provided for these items. Listings are marked with "crochet pattern" and "digital pdf pattern" to ensure it is clear that it is a digital item.

Physical products are available periodically and will note "physical product" in the listing. There are Ready-to-Ship items and Made-to-Order items. Turnaround time for physical products will vary and do not include shipping time. Each item lists an indication of turnaround time for shipping! Please let me know if you need something rushed. There may be an additional rush order fee.

If you are interested in a custom order, please feel free to contact me! Please note, turnaround times for custom orders may be much longer than other items due to the unique nature of the custom design.

A few notes:

For Stuffed Animals and Toys:
Some toys may be made with safety eyes. While these are meant to be 'safe' with a locking mechanism on the back, they should always be used under supervision with small children! Children under 3 years of age should not be left unsupervised. Any item made with safety eyes can also always be ordered with embroidered eyes for young children!

For Patterns:
All patterns are provided as digital pdfs that can be downloaded through Etsy. To download, you must go to "your account" and then "purchases and reviews." Your files should be available to download on that page. I do not accept returns on purchased patterns but if you have any trouble, please feel free to contact me!

Please note, items are made in my pet-friendly home! Animals are not allowed into the yarn area, but please take into consideration if you have severe allergies.
