Communication with the saleswoman was initially good. Very kind and patient. Responded quickly to my questions. When sending the jumpsuit I got a nasty surprise. I had to pay 50% of the value of the garment in import duties. I would have liked to have known in advance that so many import duties had to be paid. The fit of the garment is good. It is neatly made in itself, but the price / quality ratio is very poor. I am disappointed and that is very unfortunate.

De communicatie met de verkoopster was aanvankelijk goed. Heel vriendelijk en geduldig. Reageerde snel op mijn vragen. Bij het verzenden van de jumpsuit kreeg ik een vervelende verassing. Ik moest 50% van de waarde van het kledingstuk betalen aan invoerrechten. Ik had graag van tevoren willen weten dat er zoveel invoerrechten moesten worden betaald. De pasvorm van het kledingstuk is goed. Het is op zich netjes gemaakt, maar de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is zeer slecht. Ik ben teleurgesteld en dat is heel jammer.
