**IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING**
UK deliveries - items are taking longer than normal to arrive. Please allow upto 14 days for standard delivery and 7 days for 1st class.
We do advise if an item is needed within the next 2 weeks that you order on a guaranteed service as Royal Mail 1st/2nd class is NOT guaranteed and can take longer than estimated.
We always suggest upgrading for a courier or tracked option at checkout to ensure you are not disappointed.
We DO NOT guarantee delivery by a certain date for 1st/2nd Class - the dates provided by Etsy we cannot amend and are ESTIMATES only, they do not take into account the current situation
UPS Service UK - is a 1- 2 day service Monday to Friday. They do not deliver on Saturdays. Someone must be in to take delivery otherwise it gets returned to a UPS access point and must be collected.
Royal Mail Next Day is for orders placed by 12 noon Monday - Thursday for delivery before 4pm and someone must be in to take delivery. Friday orders are for delivery on Monday. We cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver on a Saturday.

DELIVERY TIMES ON ETSY - Etsy have changed the delivery profiles and we cannot amend the delivery dates - please see the approximate delivery times overseas
EUROPE- 8 - 16 days
AUSTRALIA /New Zealand- 21- 32 + days
USA - 12- 16 days
Canada - 14 - 28 days depending on clearing customs.
USA - Please note that we cannot send orders to APO/AE addresses. If an item is sent and the address is incorrect it will NOT be returned to us and we will not be able to resend.
Please note that we are no longer in the EU and therefore orders to countries outside the UK can and will be liable for VAT/Duty which will need to be paid to receive your order from the provider.

Note for orders going to the US with standard delivery i.e. not courier. If your order cannot be delivered because no-one is in or not collected or an address error it will not be returned to us and it will be destroyed and NO refund is available.
