HOW TO ORDER / CUSTOMIZE

Please put the following information in the "Add your personalization" box:

⭐️ Names:
Parents, Grandparents, Great Grandparents can be changed to different names such as Mom, Grandma, Great Grandma, etc. Whatever names you write in the notes is what will be put on the pillow, so only write abbreviations like "Gma" or "GG" if that is what you want on the pillow.

⭐️ Years:
Years that your Grandparents became Parents, Grandparents, Great Grandparents.

⭐️ Print Color:
The printing color for the words and heart can be changed. They don't need to be the same color. See the product photos for colors available.

⭐️ Pillow Back Option
Our pillows are double sided. There are several options to choose from including printing the artwork on both sides, adding a custom message to the back of the pillow or changing the color of the back. Read below under "PILLOW BACK OPTIONS" and check out the product photos to learn more.

⭐️ How to contact you with questions?
Let us know the best way to contact you with questions. Include you cell# if you would like us to text you or email if that works better than an Etsy Convo (Etsy message). We don't make or take phone calls.

❤️ Double check your spelling!
We don't send out proofs unless they are requested, and will print things exactly as they are written in the personalizations, so make sure names, dates, etc. are correct.

❤️ Double check your shipping address!!!
We work with an offsite production partner who prints and sews our pillows. Once an item goes into production our production partner will not allow us to change the shipping address, so PLEASE MAKE SURE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT when you place your order. If an order goes into production with the wrong shipping address it will be sent to the address on the order and then hopefully returned to our address. At that point the customer will need to pay the cost of shipping so that we can send it to the correct address. Thank you for understanding.

Pillow is double sided and has several options for the back:

The pillow's artwork design will be on both the front and back of the pillow.

🔹 Artwork on the front only
The artwork will be on the front of the pillow only.

🔹 Solid color on back
The artwork will be on the front of the pillow, and a solid color on the back. Check out our Color Options chart to see the available colors.

🔹 Custom message on the back
You may add a custom word or phrase to the back of the pillow. There are many text colors to choose from (if no color is chosen we will choose a color that coordinates with the artwork on the front.) We will use a font that coordinates with the artwork on the front. Limited to 20 words.

Wrinkle resistant fabric with a tight weave. Has the look of cotton, but is 100% polyester

Printed pillow cover with a zipper. This option does not include a pillow insert or filling. You will need to provide your own pillow insert.

Printed washable and removable pillow cover with a zipper. It is a complete pillow.

Pillows are printed using a process called Dye Sublimation. This process uses non-toxic and environmentally safe inks. The print actually dyes the fibers of the fabric, leaving a permanent print that will not fade, crack or peel. It is also safe to wash! This is not an iron on transfer and the print has no “hand” or feel to it.
