Crocheted cute toys are easy to care: they can be washed by hand only in warm water. Then just squeeze it by hand and put it on a dry towel.

All toys are packed with craft paper.

I can make wholesale order. But it's can take much time to make many toys.

If your items didn't arrive within 45 days, contact me and I will log an investigation through Ukrainian Post. If the package is officially recognized lost, 100% refund is guaranteed.

Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.

Yes! To access your digital file(s), go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order.

To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order

If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, add transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
