We typically respond during the weekdays, anywhere from a few hours to a day depending on work load. We strive to respond as soon as possible in the order that messages come in!

-Threats to find another seller if we do not meet your demand(s)

We strive for customer service perfection and ask that you treat us with equal kindness.

Depending on the situation, you are usually responsible for making sure that the item fits your needs in terms of size, product, and/or style. Due to our transparency in our listings and free digital proofs upon request, we custom make every order and cannot offer a refund for reasons such as "I didn't know it wouldn't fit," or "I had no idea that..."

However, the exception is if we have made an error on your product, we will gladly replace your order (both Etsy and our shop will require proof*). We take photos of every order before it is sent out for quality assurance. We strive to do our part and ask that you do yours prior to placing an order!

1) Please check your mailbox in addition to the front of your unit - sometimes, postal workers may deliver to a different spot depending on package size and other factors.
2) Check with a neighbor to see if they may have received the package on accident.
3) Wait one day - sometimes, postal workers mark a package as delivered but it does not show up until the next day
4) Contact your postal office and file a claim for the missing package
5) You may want to contact your local law enforcement to file a report for potential package theft

Once you provide a copy of your filed claim with the postal office, we will typically offer to replace your order for up to 50% off the original price.

When there is an invalid address, USPS will usually return your package to us.
When a package is sent back to us due to an invalid address entry on your end, you will be responsible for covering the additional shipping fee to re-ship the item out again. Refunds are not accepted for undeliverables. Addresses are never edited on our end unless specifically requested by the buyer. Once you enter an address at checkout, Etsy automates it into a label for us to simply print and package.

If you notice that your address is incorrect upon checkout, please notify us immediately. We will have to cancel your order and have you place a new one with the updated address. We are not responsible for orders that are already shipped out.

Most of our listings have a processing time of 1-3 business days. Some of our listings that require more labor will have a processing time of 3-5 business days to ensure that every order makes it out in time.

When your item ships is dependent on a few factors:
☆ What time our postman arrives to pick up shipment
☆ Where your order is in our queue (queues are longer during busy seasons)
☆ How large your order is

As an alternative, you may purchase the Rush Option listing to request for guaranteed 1-day processing. You may also purchase a shipping upgrade at checkout to ensure that the post office also delivers in a timely manner.

Stickers and Vinyls are shipped out with postage mail by Pitney Bowes through Etsy, which is how we keep our shipping costs low for you.

Due to this shipping method, letter mail is scanned by machinery at specific processing destinations, which is why limited tracking can only be accessed through your Etsy Orders page. With this shipping method, USPS may sometimes not scan your envelope until it is delivered, or mark as delivered 1-2 days before it arrives into your mailbox. This shipping method may take anywhere from 2-7 business days.

If you would like to add traditional tracking to your order, please select the appropriate shipping upgrade at checkout. Please note that upgrading shipping methods will result in an additional fee.

As mentioned above, our usual processing times are 1-3 bus. days for most items. Leaving a note with an order to let us know that you need an item rushed will NOT rush your order. We will complete orders according to 1) when they come in and 2) based on our processing times.

If you need your order by a certain day, it is your responsibility to look at the timeline and order accordingly. We also offer a Rush Processing Option listing that will bump your order to the front of the line. This is the only time we will rush your order for you.

We strive to be fair to all of our partners and clients, and cannot skip the queue for your order without the addition of Rush Processing option. Thank you for understanding.

During times when we are away and not able to complete orders, we often run a LATE SHIP sale where everything is up to 20% off, but has a 1-2 week processing time.

Whenever we run these sales, we typically make advanced announcements via newsletters, social media, and our Etsy page.
