SHIPPING DETAILED
Our priority is ensuring our customers receive their package securely.
You are responsible to enter a correct address as you are creating your label.
Every package will be shipped including tracking. Signature Required.
NOTE: mail boxes. p.o or community boxes - USPS/Can Post Tracked. Please be aware delivery issues at these address' are customer responsibily
We endevor to ship within 24-48 hrs of receiving orders MON-FRI
*delays can occur on busy shipping days.
We ship from Vancouver Canada to Canada & the U.S.
IMPORTANT: Once your receive your tracking you are responsible to track your package, accept it & sign for it, or collect it before the cut off date. ABANDONED/NEGLECTED/REFUSED PACKAGES are not refundable.
RETURNS
The original purchaser must contact us within 3-5 days of receiving your package. We need to request a 'return of goods service' before it expires on day 7. After this deadline we do not accept returns. Feel free to contact us on weekends/holidays but keep in mind your return window, we are only able to request the service on business days.
Keep your original packaging will be required for the return service.
Important: If a customer has a change of heart and would like to return thier item ALL SHIPPING FEES including the original shipment to the customer, return lable & service fees ( any duties/ taxes ) are deducted from refunds.
NON REFUNDABLE - OBI BELTS/ All SALE ITEMS/RETURN REQUESTS AFTER 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM BAGS/CUSTOMIZE
We are so glad you love our bags. Each bag is handmade from stitch to leather finish in very small batches in our three studios located in Tuscany IT. Once each bag is completed it goes through a 100% handcompleted leather finish which takes a week to complete on each bag. Our washed leather is completed manually with plant and water based colors - no chemicals are used. We have a very fast and high sell through of each batch and are unable to customize.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O / Community BOXES?
Int./crossboarder orders going to P.O/Community mailboxes or drop boxes - be aware prior to ordering there will be a delay in your tracking as your item is delivered to the U.S POST SERVICE for delivery. Service will be tracked through USPS w/ signature required. UPS/FEDEX does not deliver to these addresses.
Canada Orders: Canada Post / Tracked and Signature required.
If you choose to enter a P.O BOX / APO address / drop box address we are not responsable for delivery issues as we are unable to manage the delivery as we do with UPS or FedEx. Any item delivered are completed on our end.
Packages must be collected before the cut off date otherwise they are abandoned & not refundable. We are not responsible to locate neglected packages
I need a rush - do you offer upgraded shipping services?
We do not offer upgraded or express services any longer. During Covid shipping providers suspended 'guarantees' for upgraded shipping and since we've experienced many frustrated customers whos delayed packages are not arriving within the promised time frame and the cost of upgraded shipping has sky rocked with no way of recouping shipping fees when items don't arrive on time.
REFUND POLICY
Items must be returned to our shipping service located in B.C Canada, unused and with all original shipping packaging in perfect condition. Your order will be refund minus the original cost of shipping to the customer and return label fees.
We cover the cost to ship to customer, but if a customer decides not to keep the item any costs associated with the order are deducted. Shipping to the customer, return shipping fees which may include duties and taxes on int. orders.
Items can not be exposed to leather products, perfumes, smoke or the elements. Unused, tags and all packaging attached.
Final sale items are non refundable or returnable for any reason.
Abandoned/Neglected or RTS packages are not refundable due to the high costs.
ETSY DISCOUNT CODES - must be applied in cart at checkout
Any Etsy discount code received during shopping on the Etsy platform must be applied at checkout in the discount code field. Please note we are unable to apply the code after purchase.
How to Redeem a Coupon Code
If you have a coupon code, you can apply this when you check out.
To redeem a coupon, you must be signed in to your account. If you don’t have an account, create one before redeeming the coupon at checkout.
'Etsy Coupons are funded by Etsy and sent to certain buyers' - it's important these codes be applied at checkout. Once an order has been confirmed and shipped we are unable to cancel the order and we do not refund orders shipped .
Do You Repair Bags?
We work very hard to make sure no item is shipped out damaged. I personally manage Quality Control in Italy as each batch is completed. If an item is *received damaged, report the damage SAME DAY as delivery and provide photos.
We do not offer repair services in Canada or the U.S. on bags damaged after use/ if the damage is not reported at delivery. Please take your bag to a local luggage and bag repair shops where they can quickly and affordably fix the damage.
Please note our vintage, soft distressed leather is not a flaw but the very heart of our brand.
Please use your item, love it and repair it when it needs it.
Abandon or Neglected Package/Deliveries
Please note, we make customers aware they are responsible to sign for their package upon delivery at the address provided. Customers are responsible once they receive tracking to track thier package, sign for it and accept their package or contact the shipping service to make arrangements before the cut off dates.
Customers not using their tracking, packages not accpeted, not picked up before the cut off date, not signed for or neglected in anyway are abandoned and not refundable. Sometimes tracking will show RTS but international items are not returned to our warehouse in Canada and are abandoned at customs.
We are not responsible to track down abandoned packages.
CLEARANCE ITEMS
Any and all items on sale/clearance are final sale. We do not accept returns or provide refunds on these items for any reason. Please read the description, return policy and our FAQ section prior to purchase for all details regarding the clearance item.
Please note our soft, distressed leather is the heart of our brand, it is not a flaw and we do not accept returns because of our boho vintage leather or soft washed cotton interior.

Includes bags and belts that did not pass our quality control. AP listings are clearly marked and are not returnable or refundable for any reason.
