Our dog collars are offered in 4 different adjustable sizes (mini, small, medium and large) in order to fit any dog. The size chart above will help you choose the appropriate size for your pet.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you measure your dogs neck before purchasing to avoid any disappointment of the collar not fitting. Allow 2 fingers to fit under the dog collar. The size large can go up to 80lbs and more.

All our dog collars are guaranteed 30 days and exchangeable. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The good news is that we are pretty flexible therefore any size related inquiry may be eligible for exchange. Feel free to message us with your inquiry and we’ll gladly try to work things out.

How to be Eligible for a Return or Exchange:

1. The receipt or order confirmation proof is required.
2. The order was placed within the last 30 days. (See order confirmation email for the date)
3. The item/product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
4. The item/product must be unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged.
5. The item/product must be in its original packaging alongside its tags.
