Yes, they are always included with the item.
Recommendation for linen care: machine wash up to 85F (30° C), tumble dry low, if necessary you can iron using a bit of steam. Do not bleach.
Gift wrapping and packaging
My items are packed up very carefully. I'm wrapping them in kraft paper and putting in a cardboard box or soft envelope. However, if you need any other/special wrapping - it is always possible, pls, give me a note when ordering.
If it is agreement between Shop and the Client to return the order
In case of the agreement between the Client and the Shop, that the Client is allowed to return the ordered item, the shop applies the restocking fee - 10 % of the price of the ordered item, but no less than 15 Eur (approx. 17 USD) for one item.
Cancellation of the order after 24 hours
In case of cancellation of the order after 24 hours, the Shop applies 10% Cancellation fee from the value of the order excluding delivery fees.
