Air VS Helium

AIR: Filling a confetti balloon with air is the easiest way to get your confetti to cling to the sides of your balloon. However, this option does not allow you balloon to float. Still is a very pretty room scatter and decoration. (I recommend air filling due to helium being so finicky)

HELIUM: Using a balloon pump add a few puffs of air first and the rest helium. The air will help the confetti cling to the sides of the balloon and the helium will allow it to float. IMPORTANT, only using helium will cause the confetti to pool at the bottom of the balloon.
