Are the stamps made by you or someone else?
All products are made in-house. No products are outsourced to any production partners.
I'm in a hurry. How long is this going to take?
If you are in a hurry please get in touch before ordering. I can usually accommodate an urgent order.
You will usually receive your artwork for approval in 24 - 48 hours after you have placed your order. Once the design is approved, your order will ship the same or the next business day.
Please check your messages regularly. Orders can't be processed without artwork approval, which may cause a delay.
Are your wax stamps made in Australia?
Our wax stamps are 100% made in Australia. Our wood and brass are machined by local masters of their craft. The brass in engraved in-house.
