We do not ship outside of the United States because of the Customs paperwork required. Also, we don't like shipping the air plants on long trips because they would be in the dark too long.

Our Vertical Gardens contain various types of moss and air plants. All the mosses are preserved and need no care. The air plants are attached to the frame and require a light misting once a week (twice for drier climates).

Air plants are very hearty plants and can from time to time skip a watering. Most important though is not to over water the plants. Some types of air plants that are watered too much and not allowed to dry within a few hours can begin to rot at the base.

We include a small 1 oz. plastic mister and Care Instruction with every order.

On our items that we do gift wrap, the last photo in each listing shows our gift wrap.

Your gift is placed in a brown kraft box on a bed of crinkled kraft shred. The plants are placed in an matching kraft bag. Any additional parts to the kit - sand, rocks, shells- are custom sealed in clear plastic bags. An attractive list of Care Instructions are also included. The box is then securely tied with a piece of twine.

Our Vertical Garden is surprisingly light. Our smallest 10x10 inch shadow box weighs in at about 2 pounds. Our largest garden, the 12x15 inch piece weighs about 3 pounds.

Each frame has sturdy attached hardware allowing the piece to hang portrait or landscape. Please specify in the Notes section of your order which you would prefer so the air plants can be arranged appropriately.

Each order is custom made. Please allow us 3-5 business days to fill your order. We then mail it USPS 3-Day Priority, so the air plants are not in the dark very long.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification that will contain a USPS Tracking code. You can track your new item as it travels from Northern California to your home.

Each Vertical Garden is custom made. We create each garden to resemble their pictures, but use a variety of placement so they don't appear factory made. This especially important when the customer orders multiple gardens to hung together. We want the pieces to compliment each other without looking "cookie-cutter."

We are happy to accommodate variations on our design. If you would like switch out a plant to another variety just let us know. You can consult our individual plant listings to find your favorites. We can also add more or less moss, just green moss, more or less lichen.

If you would like to additional air plants, they are available for $4. Simply purchase from our individual air plant listings and let us know in the notes or a convo that they should be included in the design.
