All orders from our shop over $35 receive free shipping. ***Etsy shows free shipping on a product incorrectly sometimes, though, with messaging on the listing, like "Hooray! This item ships for free!" even though the item is less than $35. In this case the shipping charge is actually still applied during checkout, as the order is below the $35 threshold. The wood photo print is beautiful! It exceeded my expectations. The color is vivid, the definition of the photo is sharp and the weight and size of the wood is perfect. I had to contact the shop due to my own mistake in ordering and the reply was very quick, helpful and patient regarding my error. He resolved the issue on his end and the item was shipped and delivered quickly. I like the fact that USPS was used in that heavy delivery trucks on our driveway this time of year can be detrimental. Thank you for the beautiful photo! I will be using this shop in the future because I trust everything about it.
