Gift wrapping and packaging is not an additional option via Ambicide Designs as all of our packages come packed with love in our standard packaging that is sure to delight all. We are more than happy to include gift notes in your package if you choose to do so through Etsy!

Since all of these items are made custom to your request, I do get started working on them as soon as possible. Therefore, acceptance of cancellation of orders more than 6 hours after ordering are taken on a case-by-case basis. All orders that are cancelled after 6 hours of ordering are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Our products are not available for wholesale purchase for the purpose of reselling. However, if you are interested in bulk ordering for an event or special occasion, please contact us! Bulk orders MUST be placed with the shop owner in a custom order (Anytime you are ordering more than 25 of the same item). Bulk orders must be given with advanced notice of at least four weeks BEFORE the date needed (3 weeks for production, one week for shipping).

Resin Items: Wipe clean with a damp cloth or wash with warm, soapy water. Not dishwasher nor microwave safe.

NOTE: Each resin item is handcrafted, slight imperfections are possible, like small bubbles, tiny scratches from the original mold, hairs, or dust. The best care is made to prevent these imperfections from occurring and each item is hand inspected prior to packing and shipping.

Custom and personalized orders are taken on a case-by-case basis. Factors are dependent on current workload and physical capability to honor the request. Custom orders will incur a $5 additional fee and include ONE revision/re-pour. Please message us for more information!

Unfortunately, due to individuals taking advantage of kindness to make situations correct, replacement items must be the exact same as ordered unless the issue was due to an unexpected color or if you were sent the wrong color entirely.

Once a package is shipped via USPS, I am no longer responsible for the package. Any package that is lost, stolen, or damaged through the mail system is a circumstance beyond my control and therefore will not be replaced. (Case by case basis exceptions for damaged packages ONLY, insured packages are exempt from this and will be handled via the USPS claim system)

Because of this policy, I offer optional additional added insurance to your packages. Please see my "Add Shipping Insurance" listing

I ship from a smaller local post office - please allow up to 7 business days before shooting me a message for the initial scan to be created once you receive your tracking number. I'm happy to help track it down past this timeframe :)

Epoxy is essentially plastic when cured, with this there are limitations and the product should not be considered invulnerable. Please use caution when purchasing if you have experienced issues with plastic car accessories on the outside of your car in the past.

Some colors may fade quickly in extreme direct sunlight. Please take caution if you live in an area where your car or the frame may be exposed to intense amounts of sunlight. Ambicide Designs is not responsible for replacing faded frames because of the multitude of variables that go into the fading of anything meant for outdoor use. Ambicide Designs does not hold a guarantee on the life of this product due to the multitude of variables the frames may experience outside.

Any request for a delivery date of an order that is before or during my shop's current processing time will be considered a rush order and a $10.00 fee will be incurred. This rush fee is not a guarantee and *must be discussed with the shop owner ahead of purchase to ensure the capabilities to meet tight deadlines*. Failure to discuss with the shop owner ahead of purchase for rush requests will result in an additional $10.00 fee being charged ($20.00 total) or order being cancelled.
