DUTY AND OTHER CHARGES

Please be aware that some countries charge taxes, duties and other charges on goods sent and it is the customers responsibility to pay for these. If the customer forfeits the payment or does not accept the package because of customs charges then the items will be returned to us and we will refund the customer minus any return shipping fees and any charges outstanding. In some cases this can mean a forfeit of any refund as return shipping and charges can equal more then the amount paid by the customers. We cannot be held responsible for inconveniences caused by these charges and it is the customers responsibility to be aware of their own countries rules and regulations regarding imports from the UK.

All orders are sent though First Class Royal Mail Delivery in the UK. (1-3 Business Days) Option for Tracked Delivery available.

As each item is handmade to order please allow up to 14 days for production. We strive to get each item to you as soon as possible. We will let you know as soon as we have received your order and will inform you once it has been sent. Please allow 14 days after the item has been sent before contacting us.

INTERNATIONAL

All orders sent through Royal Mail International Delivery - (approx 7-10 business days)
Option of sending item via Standard or Tracked International Delivery.


As each item is handmade to order please allow up to 14 days for production. We strive to get each item to you as soon as possible.
