Your purchase will be shipped to the shipping address on your Etsy invoice (Please check your shipping address is correctly.)
Any delays caused by customs, handling by local mail, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for postal delays due to busy periods like holidays, custom offices or postal strikes.

If your items arrive damaged please contact us (in 24 hours of receipt of your goods) and send us a photos of the damaged print/s and package. These photos are important for us to file a claim with the postal services.
Then, we will send you a new print/s for free or refund offer.
No claims will be accepted when you have caused the product to damage!
Opening the package and roll should be careful using a mock knife or scissors.
Your orders are on art paper and can be broken if you do not open them carefully and patiently.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address and has to be reshipped, the buyer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs. Only if we receive the prints back, we can re-send them to you. If the package is marked as delivered, but you did not received it. Please, check with your neighbors, your family members and local post office. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If, for reasons beyond our control, the shipment is sent back to us, we can make refund only when we receive it. If for some reason (caused by the buyer) the package don't get to you and it comes back to us- the buyer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

International customers are responsible for any and/or all customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping and purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Any customs fees, tariffs, taxes , duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations.

Buyers have the right to return the purchased product within 30 days of receipt. For this purpose, it is necessary that the print (s) be intact in the form in which is/ are received.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value.
The buyer needs to provide a tracking number for the shipment sent.
We will be able to refund only when we receive the print (s) back. This refund does not include shipping costs to you.

We are happy to accept personalized orders. Please write about your wish by specifying the size and preferred colors! Not every time we are able to recreate exactly the customer's wish, but we always try our best!

We will file a claim for a lost or stolen item to Deutsche post. Once they return the information, then we can offer a refund.
