They have benchmarked a variety of titles, showcasing the frames per second at 1080p and 1440p high settings. Frames per second means the frequency of images captured or displayed consecutively. The higher the FPS rate, the smoother your image will be. 1080p and 1440p are high definition resolutions and refer to the number of pixels displayed vertically down the screen. The higher the number, the more pixels there are to create a crisper image.
For gaming on the Refract Jade, this PC has been primed for high-resolution AAA titles, such as Call of Duty: Warzone II, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, and Forza Horizon 5. A Great little gaming rig overall. Unfortunately let down massively by the SSD included (WD Blue SA510). Incredibly slow loading times and mine completely failed suddenly after 8 months to the point my BIOS wouldnt even recognize it. Im now using a 6 YEAR OLD Samsung Evo 850 and this machine now runs everything fast. Definitely invest in a decent SSD. Overall would recommend
I bought this as a replacement for an aging gaming laptop, having not owned a 'proper' PC system for about 5 years. Overall it's a great system - lots of ports, plenty of power, but was let down by a poor performance SDD. This showed up as an issue when Windows booted up first and "did stuff" in the background - it'd hammer the disk at 100%, making everythnig VERY slow until it finished... At which point the system flew. If you buy this rig (and i'd say it's a good one apart from this issue), then invest in a faster SSD. They're pretty easy to install and there are 2 slots on the motherboard to support them. Ideally this system build would be updated with this upgrade to save customers the fafff.
