USPS PRIORITY MAIL deliveries arrive in 1-3 business days depending on where your package starts and where it's going. Please note that Priority Mail remains a NON-GUARANTEED service. We are not responsible for damaged plants due to mishandling and delayed shipments. This is something that we have no control over with.

PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS is the FASTEST mail service offered by the Postal Service.
It provides guaranteed 1-Day or 2-Day expedited service by 3 p.m. for any mailable matter and includes $100 of insurance coverage.

We want to inform you that we process orders in the order they are received. We kindly ask for your patience as we carefully inspect your plant in preparation for its journey to your home.

Our shipping days are every Monday, Tuesday, and Saturdays to make sure that your Plant spends as little time as possible in the box and does not languish unnecessarily in the box over a weekend.

Please allow a maximum of 3-5 business days from the date you placed your order to the date your plant is shipped. This time allows us to ensure that your plant is healthy and ready to thrive in its new environment.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in canceling your order and issue a full refund. However, once your order has been shipped and sent to USPS, we are unable to cancel it.

We take pride in providing high-quality plants that are carefully selected and inspected for optimal health. However, we want to inform you that once plant materials leave our property, we do not have the ability to guarantee their well-being. There are several external factors beyond our control that can affect their survival. Weather conditions, plant predators in your home, airborne plant diseases, and the location where the plant is placed inside or outside your house can all affect its growth and overall health. Please note that we do not offer a guarantee or refund for any plants that do not survive due to external factors beyond our control.

Wholesale availability

We are currently unable to offer discounted wholesale pricing. We do not limit the quantity of plants you may purchase but pricing will be the normal pricing shown on every listing.

Does Lupa Garden ship outside of the Continental U.S.?

Unfortunately, due to strict regulations by the governmental authorities in charge of enforcing plant quarantine regulations, we are not able to ship plants to states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all other off-shore insular areas, such as American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico.

When will Lupa Garden ship my order?

Please allow 3-5 business days from ordered date for us to ship your order.

After we receive your order, we need time to prepare the plant which includes the following steps:
1. Checking for distress or disease.
2. Making sure it not recently watered and the soil is not saturated in water.

PRE – TRANSIT (We buy and print shipping labels ahead of time to get your order ready for shipment, but this does not necessarily mean that your order will ship same day.) We process orders in the order they are received.

Our shipping days are every Monday, Tuesday, and Saturdays to make sure that your Plant spends as little time as possible in the box and does not languish unnecessarily in the box over a weekend.

Can I cancel my order?

Absolutely! You can request to cancel your order any time before it's shipped by sending us a message.

Please be aware, all purchases are FINAL SALE once the plant has shipped.

I am local. Can I choose to pick up my order instead?

Yes. You can place your order and send us a message to inform us that you would like to pick up instead. We will refund the shipping fee after the order has been picked up.

Does Lupa Garden offer discount on shipping?

The costs associated with shipping orders needs to be covered by the shipping charges. This includes the cost to the Post Office, shipping materials, and the time to pick and pack the orders carefully.

What is your policy for RETURNS and EXCHANGES?

Due to the nature of mailing plants, and to prevent cross contamination, Lupa Garden does not accept Returns and Exchanges. NO EXCEPTIONS.

MIssing item from your order?

If something is wrong with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are happy to work with you to resolve an issue.

What is your REFUND and REPLACEMENT policy?

To make a claim, we will need picture documentation and timely communication.
We need to know immediately, otherwise the plant’s viability will fall out of our control and responsibility. Send us a message within 24-48 hours of delivery. Attach FULL PHOTO of the plant for documentation for the ff:
1. DAMAGED upon arrival
2. DEAD upon arrival
3. ROTTEN upon arrival
4. SATURATED in water upon arrival – We NEVER water any plants prior to shipping. We ship them dry to ensure its safe travel while in transit.
5. OVERWATERING / UNDERWATERING / NEGLECT – This does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

My plant died, can you send me a REPLACEMENT or REFUND?

PLANTS ARE ALIVE! Once plant materials leave our property, we do not have the ability to guarantee that your weather, any plant predators in your home, airborne plant diseases, the location it is placed inside or outside your house, especially the care it receives will ensure that your plant selected will thrive or survive. You are responsible for your plant’s needs or issues as they arise.

The overall health of your plant will be dependent on your environment and the care that you provide.
