This simple blood test delivers insights into a range of key areas to help you not only understand your health better but help to identify potential health problems before symptoms arise, allowing you to make necessary lifestyle changes to address any risk factors that could impact longevity or healthspan.
Fasting for the Discovery test panel is optional. However, choosing not to fast may affect some of the results, such as insulin, cardiovascular risk score, triglycerides, and blood glucose. This should be taken into consideration and if preferred then you may fast for a minimum of six hours before the appointment time.
