*New Items*
We have some new items in our shop!! I know, I know...we are always adding new items. But these are different. We have finally found a printing partner that we trust, and will be printing some of our new designs using Direct to Garment printing (an ink based print.) This gives us the ability to expand our design portfolio to include colour designs, textured designs, and to offer an ink based print for those who prefer it. Please pay attention to where each listing is shipping from, as these new designs will be shipping mostly from the USA. If you scroll down to the bottom of the listing it will say "Blissible made this item with help from Printing Shop, North America, United States" This means that if you order multiple items, they may not all ship together. We are SO SO excited about this new partnership and the ability to focus on designing more complex designs for you all as you've been requesting!
*Supply Shortages*
As we all know, the supply chain has been really struggling this year. Unfortunately many shirt sizes and colours go in and out of stock at any point. In the instance that your shirt colour and size is out of stock, we will substitute with a similar quality brand or different t-shirt blend. Quality is very important to us, we will not substitute with something of a lesser quality. If you are set on a certain brand, please be sure to let us know when placing your order so we know not to substitute without checking with you first. Otherwise, to keep production flowing and get your orders out on time, we will substitute when needed*
*Shipping*
Free shipping within Canada is shipped through untracked letter mail. This service can take 5-20 business days. Even if you live locally. Please do not rely on this shipping option if you need your item quickly. There are shipping upgrades available at checkout. We are not responsible for any duty charges that may come from shipping outside of the country.

4 out of 5 starsThe shirt looks great, fits as expected XS. The picture shown looks like the shirt should have rolled sleeves and it’s just a basic T-shirt that you can roll the sleeves yourself I guess. ;)

What if I would like a mock up for my custom order?
No problem! Please message us directly if you would like a mock up of your order. If it is requested through notes to seller at checkout, we do not see it until we go to create your order which can delay processing time. Send us a message instead! :)
What are your hours?
Our hours are Monday-Friday
9am-5pm
We do try to get back to customers outside of these hours when possible :)
The best way to contact us is through Etsy messaging, we do not always reply to e-mails due to them getting lost in a sea of messages each day.
Sizing details
We have size charts available for all of our clothing items.
Please ALWAYS check with the size chart as we do not accept returns for sizing errors.
Can more than one coupon code be used in a single transaction?
All of our sales are not to be combined with any other offer. If we are having a sale in our shop, and you have a coupon code that is worth more, the highest value will always override the original sale, unless otherwise stated.
I live in the same province as the shop, shouldn't my item have arrived by now?
Our shop is located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. If you feel that you live close enough to us that shipping shouldn't take the full 10 business days, unfortunately that is not the case.
Even if you live in the same city as us, lettermail shipping has NO guarantee. Even though it shouldn't take 10 business days to reach you, sometimes it does. Sometimes the items are the lowest priority because they are not parcels. The post office always gives parcels a higher priority.
PLEASE purchase a shipping upgrade if you need your item sooner than 3 weeks from the day you purchase.
I called the post office, and they said letter mail shouldn't be taking this long?
Canada Post estimates that letter mail should only take 3-6 business days within Canada. This is NOT the case. In my experience, it almost always takes longer than they say it will. This is why we provide the 10 day business day estimate.
I would like a custom order, but am unsure how my wording will look in a certain font, what should I do?
When in doubt, request a mock up :)
We will not return or refund items if you are unhappy with the font choice you made. We offer mock ups on all custom orders IF REQUESTED. If you do not request one, we will not send one. Please send us a message through Etsy to request your mock up. This is very important as some cursive fonts may overlap, or not look the best with your wording.
My order hasn't arrived, and there is no tracking, what do I do?
If your order hasn't arrived and it has been over 10 business days, we will send out a replacement. Keep in mind, that if you need your item by a certain date you should be purchasing a shipping upgrade so that the item is trackable.
Why are my coupons not taking extra off of my order?
Our coupons DO NOT STACK. If our items are on sale and you have a coupon, the highest percentage off will take effect. We are a small business and cannot offer multiple sales at one time.
An item arrived damaged, how will you handle that?
Please check your item over upon delivery and let us know if there are any quality issues. If an item arrived damaged, we are happy to replace it but you must let us know WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Due to the nature of our items being for events we have to stick to this policy.
