If you have an issue with your recent order from Urban Alloy please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. As per Etsy's Terms of Use forced returns are not accepted and no refunds will be issued for undeliverable or returned to sender packages.

We ensure to package all orders with great care. In the event that an items does arrive damaged please contact us immediately; no later than 3 days after delivery.
Please ensure to provide photographs of the damaged item as well as the packaging.
We will work with you to have a replacement item sent out as soon as possible.
Please do not dispose of the damaged item or the packaging as UPS/Canada Post may require these items to be picked up for inspection.

All of Urban Alloy's products are made with real wood and will have natural imperfections which make them unique and beautiful. Some parts of the wood are softer in composition than other areas and may absorb the stain more and appear darker. Each individual device can reflect colors differently, please keep this in mind when placing an order.
The natural variations in wood products include, but are not limited to the following:
- Wood grain pattern
- Color variations
- Hairline cracks
- Small dents or scratches which do not show the natural wood under the stain
- Knots
- Mineral Streaks
Due to the handmade nature of our products all dimensions are approximate and can vary by up to 1/2".

I am shook! I ordered this on Tuesday 4/9, you guys, mind you, I live in California & it got here today 4/15!! less than a week! I was expecting this to take a couple of weeks, so that was such a pleasant surprise. Also, the couple times I messaged Crystal, she was super nice :) LOVE the quality of this thing, & it was packaged so well 🥰 I would absolutely recommend her shop! I bought the Kona finish, for reference :)
