We accept returns for non customised, non personalised items. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery and return the item within 7 days of receiving it.

RESTOCKING FEE: 100 EUR for orders cancelled later than 2 hours after purchase, 150 EUR for orders already shipped. This amount will be deducted from a full refund. It covers our shipping / packaging costs and effort involved.

We DON'T accept returns if the wrong ring size is ordered. Deposit amount for custom design can't be refunded as well.
Please respect our work, every item is made to order, most of the items can't be reused due to its nature and we really hope for your responsibility!

The best way to know your ring size is to go to any jewelry shop or repair, usually you can measure your finger there for free. Another option is to buy a measuring gauge (you can find plenty of them here on etsy for about 1,5 - 2 EUR).

Please, do't use home methods, it doesn't guarantee accuracy of measuring and we can't be responsible for any mistakes.

If you ordered a wrong size it is better to resize the ring at local jeweller, it will be easier, faster and cheaper than sending the ring to us.

We usually don't make adjustable rings, gold is a very sturdy metal and you won't feel comfortable to adjust the ring by yourself.

It depends. If the stone is calibrated (has standard cut and measurements), we could do that. We need to know exact dimensions, depth and diameter to make the right setting for it. Carats don't say anything. For example, 1 ct stone can have different measurements - same weight but different depth and diameter.

If you can't measure a stone or it has fantasy cut, you could send us your stone and we'll make a custom setting for it.

Custom orders are our everyday work, so you are warmly welcomed to join our process. Custom orders usually start from rough sketch, then we discuss everything and begin to create after we receive a deposit. Deposit is usually about 20% from the full price, the rest amount is paid after order is finished and you get pictures of a finished work.
