We are currently in the process of retiring most of the items in our shop. Our apparel will be available through April 30, and is currently 20% (the biggest discount we’ve ever offered).
Stickers, pins, magnets, ornaments, hats, etc are all on MEGA clearance. Most items we are actually selling at a loss. If you can order multiple items, that will really help us cover shipping costs! We really just want our remaining items to go to people they would encourage. 🖤

Thank you so much for your support over the years, it means so much! As this chapter comes to a close, I have lots of mixed feelings. Right now, I feel my time and energy is best spent spreading the message that healing from chronic illness is possible. This is something that I’ve become very passionate about as I’ve been healing myself and witnessed so many others healing.

Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to receive my order? (USA)
Typically, our apparel ships out within a few business days, but occasionally, there may be delays. That is why we set our processing time for apparel for 1-2 weeks just in case a delay occurs that is out of our control (due to stocking, covid-19, etc).
Most accessories such as stickers, enamel pins, and masks will be shipped within a few business days.
Our stuffed animals have handmade touches, so the production times are longer: about 1-3 weeks.
Once your order is shipped, it usually takes around 3-7 business days to arrive. Of course, we cannot guarantee items to arrive within a certain timeframe, because after it is shipped, it is out of our hands.
How long will it take to receive my order? (International)
Our processing times for international orders are the same as for the USA, but we ALWAYS try to ship them out as soon as possible, because we know international shipping takes significantly longer.
Once shipped, international orders take about 4-8 weeks to arrive, but this timeframe often varies, due to factors such as Covid-19. We cannot guarantee it to arrive within a specific timeframe, but we will always do our best .
*IF YOU'D LIKE YOUR APPAREL ORDER TO ARRIVE MORE QUICKLY, PLEASE REACH OUT TO US!* We have print partners in many countries that can allow for very quick international delivery, but the color options are often different/more limited than in the USA.
I need my order quickly for a surgery or birthday. Is this possible?
I always do my very best to ship out items on time for birthdays, surgeries, hospital stays, etc (I know how big of a difference it can make to have something with you at the hospital).
If there is a date you'd like your order by, please send me a message about it and I will try to make it happen. Of course, I can't guarantee that your order will arrive on time, but I always keep my fingers crossed for you!
For certain items, upon request, priority shipping is available for an extra fee.
The longer the notice you can give, the better!
Custom and personalized orders
We absolutely offer custom apparel, stuffed animals, accessories, etc. Send me a message, and I'll do my best to create what you're looking for.
*Please note that custom items typically have a small added custom fee.*
There are certain items we cannot make custom, including (but not limited to): stickers, magnets, enamel pins, etc. But never hesitate to send in a request, I'd love to hear from you!
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
We are not able to accept returns/exchanges due to our apparel being made to order. Please refer to the sizing charts provided when selecting your size! Thanks for your understanding and support!

Do you accept bulk orders?
Absolutely! We have done many bulk orders, either with designs already in our shop or custom designs. Often family members or hospital/doctors office staff want to support their patients and loved ones, and we can help you do that with adorable awareness apparel!
Depending on what you are looking for and the size of your order, we may be able to offer a bulk discount. Shipping times for bulk orders are typically around one week after the order is finalized.
