I can typically process orders received by 6pm PST on the following business day. Orders received Thursday evening and on Friday are usually shipped out first thing Monday morning. I reserve my weekends for restocking, taking pics of new inventory, and, well, having a weekend :)

Our flowers were sand dried and it is possible that alcohol was used in the initial stage of the process. Some have a fine slippery residue due to the silica sand. These flowers do not have a chemical scent however; they smell reminiscent of old books.

We try to package our flowers with the utmost care to keep them safe, but they are fragile by nature. If you are concerned about breakage I offer an upgrade in shipping that comes with insurance. Please select "express" shipping and the item(s) will ship Priority. If anything arrives damaged you can follow the steps on the USPS website to file a claim.
