What happens if there is a problem with my order?
I am very passionate about what I do and customer satisfaction is my number one priority. If you have an issue with an item, please contact me and we can work together to make it right. If you are returning an item, you must contact me prior to returning the item. I strive to use quality materials and take time to create every piece to ensure it is made well. If for some reason there is an issue with your order, please contact me within three days of receiving it and we can work together to make everything right.
Am I responsible for shipping costs on returns?
Yes. You will be refunded for the cost of the item but the shipping costs to you and delivered back to me will not be refunded.
What happens if an if an item is received damaged from shipping?
Please take pictures of the damaged item in the original packaging. I will need these pictures to send to the carrier.
How to package an item for return?
If you are returning an item, you must return it in the same condition it was received in. You must also use the original packaging and secure if it was sent to you secured.
Will I be fully refunded if I return an item.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping out to you and the cost of shipping back. Once my wreath is returned back to me, you will be refunded the total price of the wreath but you will not be refunded the shipping costs for both being shipped to you and shipped back to me.
