Shipping
All orders are shipped via calculated shipping.
Custom wedding stationery orders are listed as $0, however this is because you will be charged at a later time for shipping when your remaining 50% balance is due through a private listing.
Digital address printing is listed as $0. This is because it is an optional add-on service to a semi-custom stationery order. You will not be charged extra for shipping to add this service.
Items are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that this address is correct, for we are not responsible for the cost of shipping if your address is incorrect.
Please keep in mind that Janice Nelson Designs is not responsible for any international duties, taxes, or delays in shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because all orders are custom and made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
Please contact us immediately if you are unsatisfied with your order, and we will do our best to find a solution.
Digital Proofs
If you have placed an order for semi-custom or custom stationery, you will receive a digital PDF proof before it is sent to print. You will be required to approve this proof in writing, ensuring that there are no errors in wording or type layout. We are not responsible for any errors once this proof has been approved. Keep in mind that you may not add to your order once it has been sent to print.
