04.26.23 If placing an order with our shop that needs to be rushed, please message us PRIOR to ordering. Confirmation is needed to verify we can rush the order with our current queue before placing your order. Notes left of order with event date, IS NOT a confirmation the order can be accommodated and shipped early, as notes are often not seen until the order is pulled into production. Placing an order without confirmation, and the order arrives during the delivery window, but after your event date, will result in an item not being eligible for return. Please review announcement sections, all shop policies and FAQ sections before placing an order for all information needed to order and the terms agreed to when shopping with us. Thank you!

Frequently asked questions
How long will it delivery take for my product?
Shipped from Atl, GA , Ground Advantage (previously called First Class by USPS) mail will generally take 3-5 business days to be delivered, and Priority Shipping will generally take 2-4 business days.
The only option for guaranteed delivery by USPS, is Priority Express, and is on average, guaranteed to be delivered by 3p local time on the next business day.
Please note that Hip Hip Soirée unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for unexpected delays from USPS, weather related issues, addresses entered wrong, evident shipping damage, or any general USPS issues that may arise
How long will is take for my order to ship?
For up to date shipping process, please check on our shop's announcement page, with current turnaround times.
Majority of our orders will ship within the marked 1-5 business days of payment received, except those that are marked 1-2 weeks for production. Those orders will be shipped upon completion.
Shipping is from Mon through Fri between 9a and 4p EST, and all orders will come with a USPS tracking numbers. We currently only ship USPS, and you will receive your tracking number upon shipment.
Please check with us if you are in need of your order be rushed. If you have a larger order, you will be reached for production and shipping estimates.
Exchanged Orders
Exchange Policy is limited to a replacement of identical item in original order, should an item be damaged upon arrival.
A re-stock fee of 15% will apply on orders that may be approved for a return/exchanged for an additional item. Return shipping is subject to buyer, with original shipping cost not included in partial or full refund(s) to customer.
Processing and Shipping
Please note, processing and shipping times are not the same. Processing times will refer to the amount of time it will take to make the item, while shipping times will refer to the amount of time to receive an item. Shipping times are estimated by USPS, and are not guaranteed.
Priority and Priority Express shipping does not speed up processing times, only shipping.
Example: If and item has a processing time of 1-3 business days and is purchased with priority shipping, the item will still require the listed 1-3 day processing time to be made. Once shipped, the item's delivery window will be faster than traditional first class delivery.
Rush Orders and/or Notations on Orders.

Messages and Business Hours
At HHS, we strive to give our customers a positive experience, every step of the party planning process. To ensure open communication with our customers, we attempt to answer messages within 3-4 hours of receiving them. However, please note, we answer all messages/emails in the order in which they come in. If we have multiple inquiries, your message may take 24-48 business hours to receive a response. If an inquiry is sent over the weekend, a follow up will be sent on the following business day.
Our business and shipping hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm.
International Orders
Using First Class Mail International®, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air, or a combination of both. Orders should be placed at a minimum of three weeks before event.
