Frequently asked questions
How long does shipping take?
If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately.
The below shipping times are estimates only and while delays are rare, they do happen and are outside of our control.
Standard UK Shipping: Royal Mail 48, 2-3 working days
Express UK Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 24, 1-2 working days (available as an upgrade at checkout)
Europe: International Tracked aims to deliver within 3-5 working days
Rest of World: International Tracked aims to deliver within 5-7 working days
Where's my tracking number?
UK orders:
You will receive a tracking number on your dispatch notification email, this can also be found in your purchases.
Please note that Royal Mail does not provide tracking as such, only proof of delivery. So the tracking will only show up once the package is delivered.
If you upgraded to Tracked 24, you will receive full tracking.
International orders:
All international orders placed through Etsy are shipped with tracking as standard. You will receive a tracking number on your dispatch notification email, this can also be found in your purchases.
Why do you no longer ship to Germany?
German packaging laws changed on 1st July 2022. As a small business with limited sales in Germany it is expensive and time consuming to stay compliant with these laws despite the fact that we only use sustainable packaging materials. We will not be shipping to Germany while we assess whether it is feasible for us to become compliant in the future.
Are your dice sold in sets? Which quantity should I select?
Our dice are sold in sets, generally a set of 7, but sometimes sets of 5, 10, 11 or 12! Full details of which dice are included in the set can always be found in the item description.
The quantity field is for how many sets you wish to by, not individual dice.
Why is shipping unavailable to my country or extremely expensive?
Our mugs are currently only available to ship to the UK, EU (excluding Germany), USA and Canada.
Due to shipping issues we do not ship any items to Germany, Brazil, Mexico or Russia.
Etsy don't allow us to exclude countries from shipping however, so sometimes we have to put the shipping fee unreasonably high to stop people from ordering as we would have to cancel the orders anyway. If you find the shipping fee is over £100 or simply unavailable, this is because we are unable to ship to your country.
