Care instructions
Most of our wood watches are splash proof.
Splash proof = Normal wear and use can include kitchen activities, a day on the beach, the gym, etc. However, full submergence in water is not recommended both for the integrity of the movement and the wood itself. Excessive moisture exposure can result in a diminished flexibility in the bands wood links. We do not replace or exchange your wood watch that has been damaged by water.
Sizing details
We recommend to takeANGIE WOOD watch to your preferred jeweler or watch repair shop to have them size it for you, to avoid the break of the wood links.
If you want to do it your self here is our Video to do it. Most of our wood watch have this pin. Some automatic wood watch have different pins so please do not force to take the pin out if hard or not easy to come off.

The most important part is to be sure which way you push the pins out. The side of the pins which have grooves in them have to come out first. When you start pushing it out, go very slowly and look after a bit came out to see if its the right side. If not, push it back in to get it out the other side.
To put it back is the reverse process.

For bow-tie order for Canadian customers we do not send with box The shipping will be extra if you want the box.
BUT for USA and other country order the box will included. We will send out with the box that ready for a gift.
Care instructions
With proper care, your wood watch can be worn for many years.
The biggest enemy of wood is sudden changes in temperature and humidity. This means if you leave your watch in a car on a hot sunny day, the high temperature has the ability to swell the wood and cause it to crack.
Same with leaving it in the car on a particularly cold day or night, the cold will shrink the wood, putting pressure against the glass and pins and could cause breakage at those points.
Humidity control is also important. Too much and the wood will absorb the water and swell, too little and it will dry out the wood and shrink. Swelling and shrinking increase the possibility of cracking at the time and in the future.

We offer 1 month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. Our warranty policy covers any genuine manufacturing defects and product malfunctioning. We will not be covered under warranty. We will not covered any damage caused by
*daily wear and tear, deterioration, misuse, water damage, accident, and unauthorized repair of the product
*Accidents (blows, cuts, cracks, broken links, glass brake etc.)
*Improper use of the watch
*Damage caused during battery replacement, damage caused by a third party for a repair service, damage caused by the tool used incorrectly in the band adjustment.
FOR Automatic Wood Watch Collection ONLY !
Upon receiving your wood watch be sure to note the instruction card provided. Wind the watch at least 8-10 times prior to wearing it. PLEASE do not overwind the watch it will hurt the mechanism of the automatic wood watch. After the initial winding wear the watch the whole day and your daily activity should be sufficient to keep the watch wound, IF worn every day for a minimum of 8 hours. IF you do not wear it in 24 hrs will stop working then you need to do manual winding for our automatic wood watch.
Lack of sufficient movement or inconsistent wearing of the watch may require additional manual winding.
