➤ As standard, all our products are produced in accordance with the Overlapping Technique. So, that means, the panels have been printed with an overlap (2cm/≈1in) of the pattern from the previous panel. The purpose of overlapped parts is to give you the flexibility to make minor adjustments on the wall in order to match the design. On both top sides of the paper, you will see the signs of “Overlap Line”. Thus, it will be easier for you to match the design on the wall and obtain “seamless” appearance.

➤ For more seamless look, you can cut out the overlapping parts of each panel. Take your sharp knife and make a natural path down the middle of overlap. Peel the top overlap off first and then remove the second overlap which is underneath.

As standard, the wallpaper panels for NON-WOVEN are 100 cm (39.370 inches) wide.

As standard, the wallpaper panels for PEEL & STICK are 80 cm (31.496 inches) wide.

Measure the widest width and the highest height of your wall (only measure the area you want to cover with wallpaper) and send us the measurements.
In case of a more complicated shape or if you want to adjust for obstacles such as windows or doors, you can make a sketch of the wall including all relevant objects and dimensions, take a picture of the sketch and send it to us or submit it together with your online inquiry.

We do not issue refunds or cancellations (if more than 5 hours after purchase or if the order has already been printed) for wallpaper. We do not accept returns as our products are made-to-order.

Don’t worry! If your order was damaged during shipment let us know and we'll send a replacement free of charge.

Please send us pictures of damaged wallpaper and shipping tube so we can inform the shipping courier about the issues that have occurred during the shipping and arrange a replacement. Please before leaving reviews for damaged goods inform us at first. We genuinely care your happiness!
